Report a barrier or request assistance with meaningful participation.
Effective October 17, 2026. ACA works to make its website and services usable by people with different access needs. This statement describes our approach and the route for reporting a barrier; it is not a claim that every function has been independently certified.
Access features and design
We use structured headings, readable text, labeled controls, visible keyboard focus, and responsive pages. Spoken learning media use the available captions, transcripts, or other text equivalents. If an alternative is missing or a control cannot be used, report the exact location so the barrier can be checked.
Request an adjustment
Use ACA support form and choose Accessibility. Describe the page or function, the barrier, your device or assistive technology, and what would help. A diagnosis is not required to report a barrier. If a timed activity is affected, include its reference and time so an authorized adjustment can be considered. A request does not automatically change access or payment records.
Review and correction
ACA records accessibility reports, investigates the affected function, and determines an appropriate correction or alternative. Third-party platforms may have separate accessibility controls and limitations. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular accommodation before reviewing what is needed and feasible.
